The greatest thing that seems to make Kygan stand out in a crowd is her poise. Even when beaten down, broken, and cruded, she holds herself high and fights back with all she's got. Her face seems set in a permanent indifferent smirk, though due to her natural disposition to joy when interacted with it often breaks into a smile. Her hair is snow-white in color, and is very long, flowing well past her hips. During races she ties it back in a braid that comes out of the back of her helmet and lays on her back (when not flying through the air, that is). Because of her career in racing, she has a fit build. At 5'9", she has a tall frame, and her build makes her upper body look a little scrawny. Her legs, however, are shapely and fit well to her frame. She wears a low-cut gold shirt with short sleeves and red flame accents along the bottom. Charcoal-colored gloves extend up to her elbow, where it terminates with crimson lining. Her pants are indigo with yellow flames licking up from the bottom. She wears heavy red, gold, and black racing shoes.

personality
Kygan is a conglomeration of a large variety of personality types. Quite a hodge-podge, what you get one day can vary quite a bit from one day to the next, even from one minute to the next. Be it Bi-Polar disorder or something else, it does stand that she has a horrible temper. At times it seems that just breathing will cause her to spark and begin cursing, threatening, and just generally going around in a rage. She cools quickly, however, and while occasionally she will hold a grudge, usually she gets over the anger and completely forgets about it. Kygan is a person of high energy, and is almost always moving or working. She is incapable of sitting still, and needs to be constantly doing something. Because of this, if left to her own devices she can become either very destructive or very creative. To add onto this, Kygan is a highly intellegent person. Anything she does is done with a decision based on thought rather than feelings. Because of this, she is very level-headed (when not being very tempermental), and because of her temperment she is fiercely independent.
history
Born into what was assumedly a loving family, though more often than not she hated it. It was apparent at a very early age that she was highly intelligent, and she excelled at school. This allowed her to daydream but still pass with flying colors. Tension at home erupted into trouble and tricks, which flowed even into her sanctum of the education system. She rebelled when others tried to structure her, and preferred to do things her own way, be it wrong or not. At thirteen, when she had graduated from her formal education and was to begin an apprenticeship, she finally got fed up with her family and left, taking money and a gear pack with her. Being so young, she couldn't exactly set out on her own, so it wasn't long before she accepted an offer to join a crew. Chute found her trying to steal some Draconi-Yum Bars from a cart and napped her. However, the Academy-bound Crew Leader understood that it was out of necessity and payed for the bar along with extending the offer of a safe haven within the Crew compound. Within the Dragon Winds Kygan found a home and a living, making friends with a Sky-Class named Jett. Even with this high-paced, frantic outlet for her high energy, her differences were apparent, and it didn't take long before a fissure was created between her and some other Crew members, and once again she left everything behind. For a few more months she managed to scrape an existence together using her race winnings and knowledge acquired while in the crew, doing odd jobs here and there for money, food, and shelter. She was fourteen when crew life came back to her. Once again she was caught stealing, but this time it was because of that that she was recruited. Moordryd commended her on her ability to life a prize piece of level eight thruster gear from a crew tent at a race and not only offered her a hefty sum of drakkals for the gear but also offered her a position in his crew. She knew of the Dragon Eyes' reputation for playing dirty, but she was growing sick of the hard day-to-day life she lead, and the power was enticing. She accepted. Paired up with Vindico, she followed Moordryd's orders, causing chaos and reaping great rewards. It seemed her dream job; she had a place where she fit in, could do as she wished when she wished, and had a creative (if destructive) outlet for her energy and knowledge. For two years she remained highly loyal to her Crew and its leader, helping them win many cases and succeed in many heists. It was during Cain's Mutiny that the fissures formed that would finally cause her to leave. She remained loyal to the same man that saved her from the slums and led her for two years. She shunned those from the faction Cain broke off, and worked on her own to take down the rebellion, gaining notice from Moordryd. However, when amends were made and when Cain returned to the Dragon Eyes he still kept his promotion and Kygan was left behind, still your average Joe Schmo. The final crack was when Moordryd did not select her to join him in going to the academy. Stealing a bunch of gear and her crew-owned dragon Vindico, she took off into the deep black night, working on putting as much distance between herself and the concert stage that was the Dragon Eyes Compound. For about a week she managed to survive on the run from both Dragon City Security and the Dragon Eyes, but unfortunately both eventually caught up on her. It was the Dragon Eyes that came first, mugging her and stealing back Vindico and the gear she hadn't already sold off. She was left bruised and beaten in an alley. Luckily her savings from the past two years had been stored somewhere safe. As she recovered she was caught by Dragon City Security and served a much shorter sentence than was due because of her obvious injuries and the mark against her from the Dragon Eyes. When she was finally let out she vowed to clean up her act. Using her savings she found a place to live, and decided to use her acquired skills to fund the rest of her life. Only, to race you needed a Dragon. Going to a local stable, she browsed the selection. She stayed away from the Psi-Class Dragons, knowing that although she could easily control one and excel, it would bring back too many bad memories, and once again tag her to the Dragon Eyes. Wandering towards the back pens she came across a rather large Magma-Class, and quickly an angry silver eye focused on her, daring her to try anything. She smirked at his will, and the transaction was made. Like it or not, Kyndl then became her Dragon, and Kygan was determined to use him to race. The rest of her savings were spent on gear, and their career in racing started. It was rocking at first, with Kyndl rebelling, but Kygan's experience with Black Dragons allowed her to keep control of him long enough to at least sustain a life. Recently she was a witness to a Dark Blue Dragon attack, and while she managed to save the Rider from certain death, the Dragon still got away. Since then, she has kept her eye on the other Ultimatum-Class Dragons, and has become very curious.

appearance
For a class known for their quick sprinters, Kyndl is an unusually large specimine. He easily stands six feet at the shoulder when standing parallel to the ground. Along with that, he is fairly massive, covered in the lithe muscle of such a runner. The majority of his body is a deep crimson color, not unlike the color of running blood. His head is long, mostly due to the large fins common in his class. Spikes and lines of orange, gold, and charcoal mark his face, and a golden flame dances up his muzzle and onto his forehead. A gold-colored flame pattern decorates his shoulders and feet. At his waist, an outline in orange of flame starts and licks across his hips and down his tail. This marks the boundary of the crimson, and the rest of his body is charcoal in color. He has a circular, flame-shaped tail spade that is outlined in orange and has a red flame marking in the middle.

Kyndl is the epitomy of his Color. Mostly, he is a tempermental hot-head, and often seems to be seething with anger at something. Quite the grump, he gets annoyed very easily, and will not hesitate to inform you should such a thing happen. He is very stubborn, and when he doesn't want to do something, he won't. Some sort of love-hate relationship seems to have formed between Kygan and Kyndl, and they make a very interesting couple. He can't seem to stand her at all, yet he has very strong loyalty to her. It is in their dysfunction that makes them a great team.
